Philip, appointed by the City of Springdale (1999), is the broker and co-owner of Griffin Company Realtors Commercial Division and Weichert Realtors – The Griffin Company. In addition, he is the President of One Springdale, Inc., a development corporation, and Partner’s Construction, LLC., a residential building company, and co-owner of Colonial Properties, a real estate holding and management company. He is a commissioner and vice chairman of the Arkansas State Highway Commission. He is a Hope Cancer Resource Foundation Trustee and serves as an Arvest Bank Director. Philip is a lifelong resident of NWA. He and his wife Mary Ann have 3 daughters and 9 grandchildren.
