Jonathan, appointed by Benton County (2019), owns a real estate development, construction, and property management company. He is serving for the third time as Chairman of the Arkansas Electoral College. He served three terms in the Arkansas House of Representatives where he was chairman of the PublicTransportation Committee and a member of the Joint Budget Committee and the Insurance & Commerce Committee. Jonathan also served on the National Council of State Legislatures Energy Task Force and served 16 years on the RNC as National Committeeman from Arkansas. He is a former member (ten-year term) and chairman of the Arkansas State Highway Commission and former Chairman of the Arkansas State Building Services. He holds a B.S. in Business from John Brown University.
