
Andrew serves as Chief Operating Officer of the Northwest Arkansas Regional Airport Authority providing executive leadership for airport operations, maintenance, police, fire, public safety, infrastructure, business development, air service development, marketing, and public affairs. Since joining XNA in 2019, he has played a key role in the airport’s rapid growth, helping advance strategic initiatives, expand commercial air service, and deliver major infrastructure investments that support one of the nation’s fastest-growing regions. Andrew brings extensive leadership experience spanning aviation, finance, law, and state government.
Prior to joining XNA, he served in executive leadership roles with the Arkansas Department of Veterans Affairs, the Arkansas Development Finance Authority, and the Arkansas Department of Human Services, following an early career with Caterpillar Global Mining.
Andrew serves as President of the Board of Directors for Community Clinic of Northwest Arkansas and as a member of the Board of Directors for Pathfinder, Inc. and the Rogers-Lowell Chamber. He holds degrees in accounting, business administration, and law from LeTourneau University, Texas A&M University, and the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, and is licensed to practice law in Arkansas.
